SCARBOROUGH, Maine – May 19, 2016 – Laboratory instrumentation manufacturer Fluid Imaging Technologies, Scarborough, Maine has recently hired four new talents.
- Frances Buerkens as Sales Manager – Aquatic Markets. In this role, Buerkens will be responsible for promoting and selling the FlowCam in algae technology markets. She will also work closely with the VP of Aquatic Markets to develop strategies for all market segments.
- Kay Johnson as Technical Customer Support Associate. In this role, Johnson will be responsible for direct customer support related to the operation of the FlowCam imaging particle analysis instrument and its VisualSpreadSheet software across all markets and applications.
- Dave Hamel as Director of Sales, Bio/Pharma Markets. In this role, Hamel will be responsible for developing sales strategies and selling the FlowCam to customers and prospects within the biopharmaceutical and life sciences markets. Hamel is based in Boston, Mass.
- Steve Northup as Software Engineer. In this role, Northup will participate in the design of Fluid Imaging Technologies’ software products, as well as identifying and developing cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.
